The Mediating Effect Of Emotional Intelligence Between Knowledge Management And Entrepreneurship
Abstract
The current research aims to identify the mediating role of emotional intelligence between knowledge management and entrepreneurship. The field of research is Iraqi universities. A random sample of (86) lecturers was selected, and an electronic questionnaire was used to collect data. The hypothetical model was formulated and variable models were built using structural modeling, and hypotheses were tested using regression coefficients and structural modeling. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that emotional intelligence is an important and vital factor in the relationship between knowledge management and entrepreneurship, as emotional intelligence supports creativity and cognitive innovation, which is positively reflected in performance and access to entrepreneurship.
