Abstract

Achieving consumer satisfaction is the primary goal and strategic goal that business organizations aspire to achieve. To specifications and characteristics available in the product or service, and the translation of these specifications and characteristics is done through the Quality House or the Quality Function Publishing. To highlight the role of marketing research in spreading the quality function to achieve consumer satisfaction, this study came to find the answer to a set of questions, the most important of which is whether marketing research has a role in achieving consumer satisfaction.
